Obsidiana Limpia- Nahualismo Healing in 5 Movements

1.5 HOUR SESSION  $200, or $650 for a series of 4 treatments within a 2 month period

Obsidian is a volcanic glass stone, made from the union of fire and water, and powerful for clearing issues and cleansing the unconscious.  Obsidian treatments are about extraction, and stem from the ancient Indigenous healing methods of the Mexica and Toltec lineages.  Smooth obsidian stones and tools may be used on the body or just above the skin to help us remove and release that which is causing harm.  This may be a physical issue or illness, an emotional or psychological pattern, or even an intrusive energetic attachment. The intent is to remove the problem from all levels of our own consciousness, and in accordance with the dream of the earth.  It may be thought of as a kind of curse breaking, though sometimes the curse comes from our own poisonous thoughts and feelings, our dreams, our traumatic memories, and especially our inherited ancestral patterns.  This healing treatment involves a form a psychic surgery, addressing the issue at each of these levels, in order to make deep changes in how we feel now and how we create our lives in the future.  This is a good treatment for those with issues more serious than emotional overwhelm, and for empathic people who absorb too much from others, as well as for anyone feeling very blocked or  under emotional or psychic attack.

  Please note that this healing treatment requires active participation, in the form of using one’s breath, focus and willingness to release. Plan on giving yourself some nurturing time after your appointment, in case you feel emotionally tender or tired. Healing may be complete after one session, depending on the severity of the issue and the readiness of the client. The treatment can also be repeated for the same issue, allowing 2 weeks between appointments in order for the effects to blossom fully and be evaluated. Repetition can be helpful for more serious or complex issues, to make sure the problem is addressed at all levels, and for those who are suffering from a level of depletion that requires them to take the work more slowly, to avoid becoming overwhelmed. The healing in 5 movements is ideal for affecting both the unconscious and worldy aspect of one’s life, the nahual and tonal, equally. There are variations within the 5 movement sequence that come into play when a series of healings is scheduled. Of course, as with all healing forms, please make sure to take care of your needs thoroughly, with medical and psychological interventions as necessary. These can co exist with and and be supported by the healing process of this tradition.

Xochitl (pronounced so-chi-tl) means “flower” in the ancient language Nahuatl.  To flower involves healing what holds us back from meeting our highest potential and recovering the ability to dream ourselves as we are meant to be, the best and most beautiful version possible for our lives.  Manifestation is truly an art.  It begins with personal and ancestral healing to clear the path, then requires the activation of our dreaming minds.  This process takes time, but along the way we can do the needed healing and plant new possibilities for ourselves that bring us closer to our ideal.  Similar to the healing in 5 movements, this treatment stems from ancient Indigenous healing methods of the Mexica and Toltec lineages, and follows many of the same steps to heal the unconscious.  The emphasis, however, in this form, is on planting that which we want to flower in our lives, from physical health and rejuvenation, to tangible changes  like cultivating abundance, loving partnership, and success in realizing our personal dreams.  We first address that which blocks our way, our own poisonous thoughts and feelings, our dreams, our traumatic memories, and especially our inherited ancestral patterns.  Then working in alignment with the earth, we will call forth the talents and gifts we need and plant them deeply in our bodies, dreams, and totonalcayos (chakras), in order to make deep changes in how we feel now and how we create our lives in the future.  This is a good treatment for those who want to concentrate on what they want to manifest in their lives, perhaps also going beyond what was possible for past generations, saying goodbye to limiting patterns in one’s life and family lineage.  Of the treatments listed, this one is perhaps the most appropriate for lovers of the dreaming and sorcery arts, and requires active participation in the form of measured breathing, visualization, and focus.  However, no previous study or skill is required.
